Dr. Gupta graduated from the University of Queensland School of Medicine in Brisbane, Australia, and finished his undergraduate studies at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He subsequently completed residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at Drexel University, Hahnemann University Hospital and the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Gupta then completed fellowship training at UCLA. He joined Jazzi Cosmetic Surgery in Philadelphia immediately following cosmetic surgery fellowship training at the renowned Marvel Cosmetic Surgery in Nashville.
Dr. Gupta is board-certified by the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (ABCS), the non-profit professional association serving the specialty of cosmetic surgery. Dr. Gupta will discuss the cost of your procedure at your consultation. The fee for Top Surgery and Breast Augmentation is approximately $9000, including anesthesia. Accepted payment methods are cash, credit card and medical financing (ex. CareCredit.) Insurance, Medicaid and Medicare are not accepted at this time.
Surgery Requirements
Surgery is a very personal experience and Dr. Gupta will help determine if Gender Affirmation Surgery is a safe option for you at your consultation. Dr. Gupta uses informed consent, so a letter from a mental health provider is not required. He also does not have a BMI limit. In general, a good candidate for surgery is in good physical and mental health. Dr. Gupta’s age requirement for gender-affirming surgery is 18 and over.
