Dr. Reid has superior education and training. He received his medical degree from Texas Tech University School of Medicine, where he graduated first in his class. After a 5 year general/trauma surgical residency at Good Samaritan Hospital in Phoenix, AZ, Dr. Reid completed a 3-year residency at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta, GA, one of the most recognized plastic surgery programs in the country.

Breast Augmentation is the most popular procedure that Dr. Reid offers. He does more Breast Augmentations every month than any other procedure, and regularly performs it for trans women. He has extensive knowledge of chest wall anatomy and breast implants, and enjoys helping trans women achieve the look they desire.

Dr. Reid operates primarily at Inspire Surgery Centre and has full staff privileges at all local Austin hospitals, including Seton Hospital, St. David’s, and Central Park Surgery Center.
Surgery Requirements
- Dr. Reid is a member of WPATH and follows WPATH guidelines for surgery. He often performs surgery on informed consent but may require a support letter from a qualified mental health professional recommending surgery.
- Good physical and psychological health
- Age 18 and over
- Hormone therapy is not required.

If you need to pay for your surgery over time, Dr. Reid accepts credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, American Express) as well as medical financing through CareCredit and Alpheon. Dr. Reid does not accept Insurance, Medicare or Medicaid.

Dr. Reid is available for phone or in-person consultations for a fee of $150, which is applied to the cost of your surgery.
