Dr. Mangubat’s academic background includes two undergraduate degrees, and a medical degree from the University of Washington in Seattle. Dr. Mangubat completed his surgical internship and residency at the University of Kentucky in Lexington, and completed a Trauma Fellowship and further post graduate training in physiology in Washington DC, as well as cosmetic surgery training with Dr. Richard Webster in Boston.

Credit cards, checks and cash are accepted. Financing is available from multiple surgery financing companies, such as CareCredit. Dr. Mangubat also accepts insurance. At this time, he does not accept Medicaid (Apple Health) or Medicare.
Surgery Requirements
Dr. Mangubat follows WPATH guidelines for surgery. A letter of recommendation from a qualified mental health professional may or may not be required. Dr. Mangubat determines this need based on every patients’ unique situation and medical background.
