Prices are general estimates (January 2019.) Exact pricing can only be determined following a consultation. Surgery pricing is all-inclusive! Pricing includes surgeon, anesthesiologist and OR fees, your recovery room, nursing, medications, and meals. For those traveling to Thailand alone for surgery, a 24-hour in-room attendant is also included. After your stay in the Bangkok Plastic Surgery Clinic, transportation to and from your daily post-operative appointments is provided, as are airport transfers to and from the hospital.
The Vaginoplasty method Dr. Pichet usually uses is the Penile Inversion technique where construction of a vagina is done through inversion of penile skin and involves removing the organs and erectile tissue of the penis. The skin and tissue is used to create a vaginal opening, clitoris, clitoral hood, and labia (lips). The urethra is kept for urination and the skin and nerves of the glans (head) of the penis can be salvaged for sensitivity. Dr. Pichet also performs the Sigmoid Colon method of Vaginoplasty. Each patient is unique and the procedures that are done are based on the individual need and budget.

Cash (USD), VISA and Mastercard are accepted. Insurance, Medicare and Medicaid are not accepted.
Surgery Requirements
- Letter from a licensed psychologist recommending surgery;
- Documentation (prescription, letter) indicating that you have been taking hormones for at least 1 year;
- Lab Tests: chest X-ray, EKG, CBC, blood sugar, HIV, HBsAg, UA, Bun/Cr, electrolytes, LFT;
- Dr. Pichet will operate on minors with parental consent.
