FTM Top Surgery & Body Masculinization

Dr. Rajagopal offers the popular Double Incision FTM Top Surgery procedure, with free nipple grafts. More commonly however, she re-positions the nipple-areolar complex using a pedicle technique rather than using nipple grafts. This procedure has become known as the Inverted-T or T-Anchor method and it was developed to help maintain as much sensation as possible in the nipple and areola. For those with chests sizes smaller than B, Dr. Rajagopal can perform a minimally invasive Keyhole or Peri-areolar method.

Body Sculpting offers trans men a surgical solution for stubborn areas of body fat that won’t diminish with exercise. By targeting areas such as the waist and back (“love handles”) or thighs, Dr. Rajagopal can help eliminate feminine looking curves.

MTF Surgery In San Francisco

Trans women can see Dr. Rajagopal in San Francisco for a number of different MTF surgery procedures.

While hormone therapy can help breast growth in trans women, many trans woman turn to Breast Augmentation to achieve a fuller look. Dr. Rajagopal has been doing Breast Augmentation since 1995. She offers the following types of breast implants:

  • Natrelle – Made with a silicone gel that is soft and maintains its shape for a natural look and feel.
  • Sientra – Made from silicone, these implants are only made available to board certified plastic surgeons.
  • Inspira – The latest generation of implants, available with either a soft cohesive or ultra cohesive silicone gel.
