Dr. Rex E. Moulton-Barrett, MD is an award-winning cosmetic, plastic and reconstructive surgeon in the Bay Area who performs transgender surgery, with a special focus on FTM Top Surgery and MTF Breast Augmentation. Dr. Moulton-Barrett has the distinction of being board certified by both the American Board of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Dr. Moulton-Barrett was educated in the United Kingdom and completed his medical degree at the University of Birmingham Medical School in Birmingham, England prior to surgical residency in the United States.
Licensed as a physician in California since 1989, Dr. Moulton-Barrett performs FTM and MTF surgery at the San Leandro Surgery Center. He also has surgical privileges at Alta Bates Medical Center in Berkeley, Oakland Children’s Hospital, Alameda Hospital, Alameda Hospital, and Sutter Delta Medical Center in Antioch.
